How to use
Roman chamomile oil is high in a compound called ester. Essential oils that are high in esters can help you relax deeply. For a stress-buster diffuser blend, add 3 drops of chamomile oil to 1 drop of lavender oil to purify the air and relax your mind. Have acne blemishes on your skin? Add 10 drops of chamomile oil to 100 ml of moisturizer and apply on your face daily. You can blend other skin-healing oils such as Ollie's Australian Tea Tree oil for glowing, blemish-free, and healthy skin.

Where is it sourced?
Roman Chamomile essential oil is steam distilled from the flowers of the Anthemis nobilis plant. This daisy-like plant produces a sweet smelling essential oil which has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Ollie's Roman Chamomile essential oil is extracted from plants growing in Europe.

Caution
Dilute with a carrier oil before use. Use a 1% dilution or 1ml of essential oil for every 100ml of carrier oil. It blends best with sweet almond oil and cold-pressed coconut oil. If you are pregnant or nursing, seek your doctor's advice before using it.
