Directions

After cleansing your face, prep your skin with a facial oil or serum to enhance the glide of the Gua Sha tool and nourish the skin. Remember to lean the tool towards the face such that it is almost flat. This will ensure that the pressure is nice and controlled without being too harsh on your skin. 

FOREHEAD: Scrape in an upwards motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.


CHEEKS: With your free hand, gentle hold your cheek in place. Scrape in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose until the ear. 

JAWLINE: Use the top M-shaped curve of the Gua Sha tool and gentle scrape from the chin to the ear. Gently massage the Gua Sha tool into the ear to release tension.


UNDER-EYE: Very gently scrape the tool from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. Because the area is so sensitive, it is important to only apply light pressure.
