Our Bulgarian Rose Essential Oil Steam is created by steam distillation of the bright pink petals straight from the Rose Valley of Kazanlak, also known as the "Bulgarian Rose Valley".

Caution
While Bulgarian Rose oil can be applied to the skin directly in very small quantities, we always recommend you dilute essential oils before doing so. Dilution ratio: 1 drop of Bulgarian Rose oil in a 10ml bottle, 8-12 drops in a 30 ml bottle of carrier oil. If ingesting, the ratio should be 1 drop of rose oil to about 100ml (3.5 oz) of liquid. You can add it to your tea for a calming brew. Best carrier oil pairing: Bulgarian Rose oil blends well with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and olive oil. It also goes well with other carrier oils such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil.
